I love coming to this Gym, I have regular PT sessions with Megan who is amazing and pushes me to achieve things I never thought I could whilst actually having a laugh in the process. I can sometimes feel silly and uncomfortable in the gym due to not having a clue what I am doing, but the staff here are all so helpful, friendly and supportive, they are always there to help and advise me. I would highly recommend this gym to everyone, I am in the best shape of my life and I'm the strongest I've ever been.

As a mature curvy girl shall we say - a gym is a daunting place to go. I shouldn’t have worried! The Fitness Mill is great! Everyone is warm and welcoming. I feel comfortable and really enjoy it. Megan has taken my PT sessions and made a programme which is suitable to my abilities and disabilities. She pushes but encourages no end and I have seen so many benefits. I joined to aid mobility from an 8 year old back injury but have ended up losing 32 lbs in 5 months and far brighter in mood and outlook.
