HIIT

High intensity interval training is a great way to improve your fitness and shred fat away! If your goal is to lean out and tone up then this class is definitely for you! 


6 am circuits

This is a 30 minute class consisting of a number of stations where you complete different exercises. Circuit training is a tried and tested model to produce results, coupled with our modern twist. It is a brilliant class for anyone who wants to improve their cardiovascular fitness, burn fat, lose weight and to tone muscle.

Core Blast

This is a conditioning workout that is designed to tighten up your mid-section and help you shed those unwanted pounds!

Body blitz

Body blitz is a 30 minute class working the full body. It is a great class for anyone who has the goals of; losing weight and to tone their full bodies. Body Blitz will make your body sweat but you will be smiling with it.

Morning camp

Morning camp is a 30 minute high intensity class. It is a similar class to the circuits with an extra kick of intensity. It is a great class for anyone who needs to trim down or to lose weight.

Kettlebell class

Kettlebells focuses on whole-body conditioning. So that means that no muscle is ever neglected. You train multiple fitness components in the same session including cardio, strength, balance, stability, power and endurance. Working with Kettlebells can improve your posture, assist with weight loss, as well as improve your muscular strength and bone density.

Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a 30 minute high intensity boot camp class which works the full body. It is a similar class to the circuits with an extra kick of intensity. It is a great class for anyone who needs to trim down or to lose weight.

Legs bums and tums

Legs, Bums & Tums is a light hearted class which will tone and shape the targeted areas, as well as increasing stamina and cardiovascular fitness over all. Aerobic warm ups and stretch sessions at the end will also increase the flexibility of your body. The exercises are designed to tone and build strength, so over time muscle definition will become more apparent. If you want to get a flat tummy and tone your legs and bum this is a great workout for you!

Women’s Bootcamp

Our Women's boxing class is a mix of pad work, cardiovascular testing, core blasting workout. It is a great class for women to punch away them bingo wings! This class will help define and tone the upper body alongside blasting your core. So be prepared to sweat.
